Arthur Zachary Hirsch, Jr.

Arthur died Friday, August 7, 2015 at his home in Prescott, Arizona. He was born July 20, 1920 in Queens, New York, the son of Arthur Hirsch, Sr. and Constance (Obelander) Hirsch. Arthur was 95 years old.
He served in the armed forces, married Katharine Mary Stanley Smith on June 5, 1945 and retired as Director of Activities for the Boy Scouts of America. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary Club of Prescott and the Prescott Center for the Arts. Arthur enjoyed making a model circus, collecting stamps, traveling, photography, directing stage plays, designing sets and music.
He is survived by his children; Sharon Kate Hirsch of New Haven, CT, Hilary (Benjamin) Ascani of Scottsdale, AZ, Derry (Hillevi) Hirsch of Divide, CO, and grandson Jackson.
