Arthur Razo, 77, passed away peacefully at 4:23am on April 25, 2007 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott Valley, AZ. All who knew and loved him will sorely miss him. He was born on January 18, 1930 in Chicago, IL to Eusebio and Juanita Razo. Art enlisted in the Army at age 18 and proudly served his country for four years. He spent two years in active combat during the Korean War where he received two bronze service stars for bravery in addition to other military honors. On March 3, 1962, Art married his wife of 45 years, Dorothy Jean Fischer, in Chillicothe IL., and moved to Pomona, CA where they raised three children. While living in CA, he worked as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician for Lanterman Developmental Center. In 1983, he retired due to failing health. In 1992, he moved to Prescott Valley, AZ where he spent his remaining years enjoying time with his family. Art?s parents, his older brother, Leopoldo, age 2 months, and his sister-in-law, Alice, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy; three children, Randall Ray, his fiancée Cynthia Larson and her children James, Chelsea and Tiffany; Russell Roy, his wife Darcy and their children Erica, Andrew, Alyssa, Erin and Adam; Rosemary Ruth, her husband Michael and their son Kruz; and by his younger brother, Fred and his wife Grace.
