Archie L Kinsel

Archie Louis Kinsel, 91, passed away February 26, 2024, in Prescott Arizona. He was the husband of Nancy L. Kinsel. They shared 68 happy years of marriage.

Archie was born in Wheeler, Ill. On April 18, 1932. He was the son of Ivy and Louis Kinsel. He graduated from High school in Newton, Ill.

Archie worked for several car dealerships in Las Vegas, Nevada until he and Nancy opened Kinsel Datsun in 1972 in Kingman, Arizona. Archie retired from the car business in 1988 when he and Nancy relocated to Prescott, Arizona. But he never got the car business out of his blood!

He was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Lions Club, Arizona Automobile Dealers Assoc., Good Sam Travel, and several Antique Automobile Car Clubs. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, hunting, birdwatching, and of course collecting old cars. He also truly enjoyed Horse Racing.

He will be remembered for his curiosity and his outgoing personality, his honesty and kindness.

He is survived by his wife Nancy, son Jerry, daughter Barbara and Jerrys wife Tara. The memorial service will be held at Las Fuentas Resort Village Social Room at 1035 Scott Dr. In Prescott, Az. from 2pm to 4pm on March 11,2024
