Antonio Gamez

Antonio H Gamez of Prescott Valley AZ went home to be with the Lord on October 28th, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born in Mexicali Baja California, Mexico, to Antonio and Teresa Gamez. He and his family came to the Prescott area in 1977, where he grew up, and attended elementary school and the Prescott Junior High School, as a kid he played football for Prescott pop warner. Antonio was a shy and timid type of person; he kept to himself. He enjoyed hiking, being outdoors, he enjoyed cooking enchiladas, tacos, posole etc. He was a loving dad, brother and son, and person. 

Antonio is survived by his parents Teresa and Antonio Gamez, brothers, Arturo Gamez, Ricardo Gamez, 5 sisters, Beatriz Gamez (Enrique Espinoza), Yolanda Gamez, Rosalba Garcia, (Roger Garcia Sr) Zulema Cardiel (Antonio Cardiel) Consuelo Yanez Gamez (Jesus Sanchez-Yanez) and 5 sons, Antonio Gamez III, Armando Gamez, Brian Gamez, Juan Carlos Gamez, Jose Mendoza, three grandkids, Yumalay Gamez, Angelique Gamez and Niko Tapija. lots of cousins, lots of nieces and nephews, 

He is now peacefully in Heaven with his maker our Lord Jesus Crist. There will be a service for Antonio on November 15 at St Germaine Church in Prescott Valley Az at 1pm, visitation will be at Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, followed by a burial service at the Mt View Cemetery on November 16 at 1pm
