Amelia (Millie) Nebiolo

Amelia (Millie) Nebiolo, 95, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2010 at the The Margaret T. Morris Center in Prescott, Arizona.  She was born December 14, 1914 in Adderly, PA to Giovanni and Maria (Ponte) Perino, both from Italy. Millie and her late husband, Guido, moved from Pennsylvania to Prescott in 1955.  They resided in Miller Valley until the late 60's, when they returned to Pennsylvania.  In 1973, they moved back to Prescott and made their home in the Prescott Country Club.  Millie remained there until 2004, and then moved into Prescott to live with her daughter and son-in-law.  She has been a resident of The Margaret T. Morris Center since October of 2009. Her loving devotion to her family and pride in her heritage were most important to her.  She enjoyed cooking Italian, she always had a garden, she loved to dance and listen to accordion music, she had fun bowling and she enjoyed various crafts. Millie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother Mike Perino, and sister Mary (Perino) Stefani.  She is survived by her daughter Virginia and her husband Jerry Shugars, her granddaughter Anna Marie Shugars her husband David Opperman, her nephews; Ed Nebiolo, John Stefani, Fred Perino, and niece Janet (Nebiolo) Neff.
