John C. Chadwick

John C. Chadwick passed away on September 8, 2018 in Prescott, AZ. He was born in Coudersport, PA to Harold and Mildred Chadwick. 

John is survived by his beloved wife Janice, daughters Judie (Robert) Jaros, Julie (Mark) Schaffer, Joanne (Christopher) Motko, and Jennifer (Brad) Bergamini, son Justin (Alicia) Chadwick, and a brother Dennis (Lorna) Sawyer, grandchildren James and Zachary Jaros, Sarah, Jessica, and John Schaffer, Cole, Lexi, and Bri Motko, Brandon, Evan, Kaitlyn, Aly, Quinten, and Mason Bergamini, and Isaiah, Rebekah, Hannah, Calah, Eli, Noah, Micah, and Cileste Chadwick, and great-grandchildren Kaleia and Luka Jaros. 

John proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a devout member of Sacred Heart Parish in Prescott, AZ. John loved to spend time with his large family and enjoyed nature while hunting and fishing.
