Alan Kurt Novotny

Alan Kurt Novotny age 73, passed away on October 16, 2018. Alan was born on April 20, 1945 in New York and married the love of his life, Karen Delores at the age of 20. They had three kids together, Linda, Edward, and Bryan. Alan was a Vietnam Army Veteran, and loved to tell stories of his time during the war. His family remembers his love for fishing, poker, his dog Honey Girl, the Atlanta Braves, Fox News, his thoughtful nature, hard work ethic, and love for his grandchildren. They remember his stories from his family’s bar in New York, and his love for his postal service co-workers.  Bryan Novotny and Karen Delores preceded Alan in death, whom he wholeheartedly loved. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.He is survived by his daughter, Linda Marie Estes, son, Edward John Novotny, and grandchildren Tiana Novotny, Edward Novotny, Joseph Estes, Jenna Estes, Bryan Novotny and Brenden Novotny.
